Job description

Elevate assists our creator clients in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and sports industries with a customized approach to their personal brand and affiliate marketing strategies.

We’re looking for individuals with a passion for and interest in the rapidly expanding creator marketing industry. 

In this role, you will provide assistance to an Account Lead and work alongside other Creator Marketing Coordinators to enable smooth and effective processes for our clients. This is a client-facing role.

A successful candidate will exhibit strong communication and time-management skills. They will have the ability to be nimble and organized in their tasks that directly impact client service processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Execution tasks for creators may include, but not be limited to: 
    • Product link sourcing for social & affiliate platform posts
    • Affiliate storefront maintenance
    • Update retailer sheet daily with new sales, product launches and promotions
    • Choose product features based on most optimal conversion potential and commission earning potential per each creator client
    • Posting content to social media platforms, utilizing care and security processes
  • Handle sensitive client information with care and security with all business practices
  • Remain up to date with client preferences, industry trends and retailer product launches and promotions
  • Ensure data entry accuracy in Asana, our company-wide project management tool, and within creators’ individual platform accounts
  • Communicate quickly and efficiently via Microsoft Teams, text message and email
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is always evolving
  • Be a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to achieve team goals!

Requirements

  • Working in-office at our Houston location - This is not a remote role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to style flex based on client needs
  • Expert attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with proven organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in graphic design, fashion merchandising, marketing and/or social media coordination is preferred
  • Experience in using the following technologies is preferred:
    • Canva
    • Google Suite
    • Asana
    • Social and Affiliate Platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LTK, Amazon, ShopMy)
