Kenly 95 Petro TA Service Center is hiring a Diesel Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop. This role is perfect for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, coordinating repairs, and delivering excellent service to truck drivers, fleet operators, and commercial vehicle customers.
As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and diesel technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth service experience from start to finish.
Requirements
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers professionally, assessing their service needs
- Accurately document repair orders and service requests
- Communicate with technicians to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and schedules
- Provide clear, timely updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and costs
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition and customer needs
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure accurate documentation in management systems
- Support shop workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that builds trust and repeat business
