We're looking for a Service Writer with mechanical know-how to join our team. If you understand equipment and enjoy helping customers, this role connects you with both - handling repair orders, quotes, and communication between customers, technicians, and the service team.


What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and manage service requests
  • Write and review repair orders for accuracy
  • Provide reliable parts and labor quotes
  • Keep customers updated on job status
  • Support technicians and Service Manager during busy seasons
  • Ensure shop safety and efficiency
     
What You Bring
  • Mechanical experience or strong equipment knowledge
  • Previous service writer or dealership experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Valid Driver's License
