Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Leading Beauty Brand is seeking a Visual Merchandising Operations Project Manager This role leads the planning and execution of retail display programs and in-store experience initiatives across multiple accounts. The Project Manager is accountable for translating marketing strategies into effective fixture, graphic, and merchandising executions that are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact for retail display and merchandising initiatives supporting key accounts. Build and maintain end-to-end project plans covering briefing, design, approvals, production, and installation. Coordinate weekly status touchpoints with vendor partners and internal stakeholders; document decisions, risks, and next steps. Consolidate timelines from multiple stakeholders (sales, marketing, creative, production) into a single, realistic deployment calendar. Track milestones in a project management platform and follow up consistently to keep deliverables on schedule. Flag issues early, propose options, and drive alignment on changes in scope, cost, or timing. Route concepts, artwork, and technical solutions through the appropriate approval chains and capture final sign-offs. Support the development of in-store layouts and product schematics that optimize navigation, storytelling, and space utilization. Translate merchandising and marketing strategies into clear briefs for creative, engineering, and production teams.
