The Coca-Cola Company invites a seasoned Creative Marketing professional to join us as a Senior Director, Creative Advanced Hydration. The Advanced Hydration category covers brands like smartwater, vitaminwater, BODYARMOR, and Powerade. In this strategic capacity, you'll be entrusted with the pivotal role of steering our brand and creative strategies across a regional landscape, ensuring our iconic brands resonate deeply with consumers both locally and globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Guide the End-to-End Creative teams, setting priorities and fostering an environment ripe for engagement, development, and empowerment.
  • Strategize the direction for brand identity systems and their application across an array of touchpoints, ensuring a coherent and effective brand experience.
  • Manage the creative aspects of local and regional brand designs while safeguarding brand integrity and relevance to target audiences.
  • Develop and oversee brand identity systems from both a consumer and shopper stance, establishing compelling brand narratives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to curate authentic design language reflective of our brand ethos.
  • Construct and maintain the framework for brand stewardship, instilling guidelines that support consistent brand messaging.
  • Apply strategic thinking to how brand identity encapsulates the entire consumer journey, both in virtual and physical realms.
  • Establish and maintain superior partnerships with a network of design, production, and experiential collaborators, bringing forth maximum creativity and efficiency.
  • Innovate consistently, identifying opportunities to enhance consumer experiences, and championing creative daring and vitality.
  • Lead and develop team of Creative Directors to grow capability and drive engagement

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years in design experience, encompassing creative design generation, brand & consumer strategy, and agency creative team management required.

Related Work Experience:
  • Proficient in design/creative strategy, brand identity development and execution, and partnership with design agencies.
  • Experience across all creative touchpoints inclusive of digital, social and shopper with an emphasis on ensuring "fit for channel"
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated capability as a change agent, skilled in unifying brand experiences and defining necessary capabilities for elevating consumer experiences.
  • A leader with a track record of fostering high team engagement.
  • Capable of managing cross-functional projects with proficiency in navigating agile, networked environments.
