Job description

Role Summary/Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategicGenAI Enablement and Transformation Leadto drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies across our creative workflows. This role will focus on identifying and curating GenAI training and certification programs, evaluating current processes for opportunities to infuse Generative AI and deliver efficiencies, and leading use case development and pilot initiatives for new GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader who can bridge technical innovation with practical business application to accelerate transformation and maximize value across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Drive GenAI Enablement Across the Goldmind Team

  • Lead the development and execution of a GenAI enablement strategy aligned with Goldmind's creative automation and design system initiatives.

  • Partner with the Creative Technology and Design Systems Lead to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing and new workflows.

2. Identify and Coordinate GenAI Training & Certification Opportunities

  • Assess the team's AI skills and knowledge gaps; identify relevant external and internal training and certification programs.

  • Organize and deliver GenAI training sessions, workshops, and enablement content to build AI fluency and confidence.

3. Manage GenAI Use Case Development and Pilot Programs

  • Collaborate with creative, technology, and strategy teams to identify, prioritize, and scope GenAI use cases.

  • Oversee pilot projects from ideation through evaluation and scaling, ensuring alignment with agency goals and feasibility.

  • Capture learnings and best practices to refine GenAI application across creative workflows.

4. Reporting and Analytics on GenAI Adoption & Impact

  • Define KPIs and implement reporting frameworks to track GenAI tool usage, pilot outcomes, productivity gains, and adoption rates.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on GenAI progress, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Lead New GenAI Tool Identification, Evaluation, and Onboarding

  • Continuously scan the AI landscape to identify emerging GenAI platforms, technologies, and tools relevant to creative production.

  • Lead vendor evaluations, proof of concept trials, and integration planning to onboard new tools effectively.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration with existing creative technology ecosystems.

6. Champion Change Management and AI Adoption

  • Develop documentation, user guides, and best practices for GenAI tool usage.

  • Drive awareness and adoption initiatives, addressing user concerns and championing responsible and ethical AI use.

7. Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Creative Technology and Design Systems Lead, designers, developers, strategists, and account managers to ensure GenAI solutions meet creative and business requirements.

  • Act as the subject matter expert and internal consultant on GenAI capabilities and trends.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in AI enablement, innovation, product management, or creative technology roles, ideally with a focus on Generative AI.

  • Demonstrated success leading AI adoption, training, pilot programs, or tool onboarding in creative or marketing environments.

  • 2+ years strong understanding of GenAI technologies and how they apply to creative workflows (e.g., text-to-image, NLP, generative video/audio models).

  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Desired Characteristics:

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working alongside creative, technical, and business teams.

  • Proven ability to drive change management and user adoption for new technologies.

  • Able to organize and deliver training programs and create enablement materials targeted at diverse user groups.

  • Experience evaluating and onboarding SaaS AI tools and managing vendor relationships.

  • Data-oriented, comfortable setting KPIs, tracking adoption metrics, and reporting insights.

Grade/Level: 11

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
