Reports To:        Marketing and Brand Communications Director

Working directly with the Festival Foods Marketing and Communications team, the Creative Manager directs our brand strategy across all internal creative needs. This position leads a team of designers and works cross-functionally to bring brand initiatives to life.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In tandem with agency partners, leads the creative vision for the brand.
  • Manages and leads a team of designers in the strategic creative process for weekly price promotion across print, digital and in-store.
  • Collaborates internally both within the marketing department as well as cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across all platforms.
  • Submits creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget.
  • Creatively seek out new products and maintain innovative industry knowledge.
  • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+  years design experience with an in-house creative department or design firm.
  • Conceptual, strategic thinker
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

The Creative Manager is a full-time position.
