LHH is actively partnering with a growing integrated marketing agency in the Greater Green Bay, WI area to identify a full-time Creative Director. Location: Hybrid schedule with a required in-office presence 3 days per week in the Greater Green Bay region.
Relocation Support: Available for candidates who meet the qualifications. Compensation: $100K-$125K based on experience, plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and additional employee perks.

Role Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Creative Director or comparable creative leadership position, ideally within a small to mid-sized marketing or advertising agency environment. Candidates with a blend of agency and in-house experience are also encouraged to apply.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating impactful creative work across multiple channels and platforms.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop creative talent while building high-performing teams.
- Strong awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, AI innovations, and creative best practices.
- Experience presenting creative strategies and campaign concepts to clients and contributing to business development efforts.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Passion for bringing fresh ideas, creative excellence, and innovative problem-solving to an organization.
- Track record of supporting both existing client growth opportunities and new business pursuits.
