Job description

Bumble's Creative Studio is at an exciting inflection point. We're growing rapidly, supporting Bumble Inc.'s portfolio of apps globally, and we want this momentum to continue. As part of this expansion, we're looking to hire a Creative Project Manager to be an integral part of our growing team, working on global projects and across time zones.

In this role within the Creative Studio, you'll be the connective tissue between creative output and the wider business, keeping projects moving from brief through to delivery. You'll be part of a full-service, in-house, geographically diverse creative team of designers, art directors, copywriters, video editors and producers who work hand-in-hand with external production and agency partners.

The Creative Project Manager is an organized, proactive, and highly collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll be confident working directly with marketing stakeholders, curious about creative work across every channel, and passionate about helping a world-class creative team do their best work.

Your project scope will span a broad range of creative output, from social content, CRM, experiential and beyond.

This role is based in the US, reporting to the Associate Director of Creative Operations in the UK.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, from brief intake and kick-off through to final delivery, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Receive allocated briefs, set up kick-off calls with the creative team and marketing stakeholders, and ask for clarity on deliverables to get projects off to a strong start.
  • Build and manage detailed work-back plans for every project, mapping out timelines, milestones, and review stages in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for marketing stakeholders on your projects, keeping them informed on project status, timings, and upcoming review milestones.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, reviews, and cross-functional calls, preparing agendas, capturing actions, and following up to ensure momentum is maintained.
  • Field questions and feedback from marketing stakeholders, triaging where necessary and routing to the right person within the creative team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities with a structured approach.
  • Work closely with the broader Creative Operations team to flag any capacity or timeline risks early.
  • Maintain Asana as the single source of truth across all active projects, ensuring tasks, timelines, and ownership are always up to date.
About You
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.

  • You have 3+ years of project management experience, ideally with some time spent in-house.

  • You have a strong understanding of how creative projects are structured and delivered, and the confidence to lead the process.

  • You are a strong communicator who is confident working alongside senior clients or marketing stakeholders, keeping them informed and managing expectations. With support from the Associate Director of Creative Operations, you have the confidence to push back when briefs arrive incomplete, timelines are unachievable or when scope is shifting.

  • You have experience taking a brief from kick-off through to delivery, building a work-back plan, and overseeing delivery through to final sign-off.

  • You are proactive and highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.

  • You have experience using project management tools such as Asana and are comfortable using Slack for day-to-day team communication.

  • You have an interest in experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows and create efficiencies in project management.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects and priorities without compromising on quality.

  • You are a strong collaborator who brings a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn.

  • You're excited by the opportunity to grow your understanding of what great looks like.

  • You are passionate about our brand vision and values.

$95,000 - $120,000 a year
