What You'll Do
  • Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring clear alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Collaborate directly with platform and developer teams to drive feature enhancements and site improvements across various projects.
  • Maintain and ensure all project documentation is current, accessible, and actively utilized by vertical project leads.
  • Monitor active project sites to verify expected performance, data accuracy, and proactively flag issues to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize approved AI-based tools to develop features for project management portals, surfacing critical project information, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
  • Drive development workflows using AI-powered tools to accelerate production timelines and significantly reduce manual processes.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows that connect sites to internal content management systems for real-time project tracking and status reporting.
  • Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding working teams to new product requirements and site workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in project management, entertainment development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex project work streams, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for developing features and automating workflows, such as Gemini or equivalent.
  • Experience using and updating cloud-based project management systems.
  • Familiarity with project management systems and their connection to production tooling.
  • Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively.
  • Resourcefulness and a strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Clear communicator who operates exceptionally well within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
  • Background in Entertainment working with production studios or streaming services.
  • Designer experience for platforms and/or applications.
  • Ability to track platform bugs, submit fixes via development tools, and alert affected development teams.
  • Experience conducting routine assessments of project status to evaluate system stability and performance metrics.
  • Ability to document weekly project activities to verify delivery and availability of all necessary assets.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating multi-track project work streams with external developers.
