DataHouse is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align project goals.
  • Track project milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings, document progress, and provide regular status reports.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve project efficiency.
  • Ensure projects comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)

Salary Range
  • $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
  • This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual accountability bonus based on individual and company performance.

The salary range represents the expected base pay for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
