Job Summary

The Accounts Coordinator supports the Sales team by assisting with client communication, merchandise projects, and creative concept development. This role blends sales support, project coordination, and creative thinking—helping translate client goals into thoughtful merchandise ideas. It is designed as a growth position for someone who is both organized and creatively driven, with a clear path to becoming a Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities


Client Support & Communication

  • Assist Sales Reps with client communications, follow-ups, and meeting preparation
  • Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members to learn sales and account management best practices
  • Help gather client requirements including branding, timelines, and budget details
  • Maintain professional, timely communication with clients under guidance

Project Coordination

  • Support the management of merchandise projects from kickoff through delivery
  • Track project timelines, approvals, and next steps to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate internally with design, production, and operations teams
  • Communicate updates and changes clearly to internal stakeholders

Product & Sales Support

  • Assist in researching and recommending merchandise options based on client needs
  • Help prepare visually compelling presentations, product decks, and mockups that communicate creative concepts clearly
  • Review order details for accuracy (quantities, timelines, artwork status) before production
  • Learn product offerings, decoration methods, and pricing structures

Creative Concepting & Merch Curation
