Creative & Content Strategist

Job description

Scale-Up Philippines is partnering with a growing entertainment technology company that helps filmmakers and rights holders build premium membership communities around film and television projects. The company gives audiences meaningful ways to participate earlier in a project’s life, while helping creators build community, validate demand, activate capital, and retain ownership and long-term value around their work.

We’re looking for a Creative & Content Strategist to serve as a creative right hand to the founder, turning ideas, expertise, and point of view into an ecosystem that consistently generates visibility, engagement, and qualified business opportunities. This is not a role focused on simply posting to social media. You’ll help build a full editorial and educational engine: thought leadership, educational content, assessments, lead magnets, email campaigns, and landing pages that help potential filmmakers, producers, and rights holders understand the problem the company solves and move into the client pipeline.

Editorially and visually, the bar is high. Think sophisticated, culturally aware, editorial, and contemporary, more premium lifestyle publication than traditional corporate social media. The founder has a strong creative background and a distinct voice and point of view, and is looking for someone with genuine creative instincts who can learn that eye and voice over time, not someone who simply executes templates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Turn rough ideas, voice notes, and conversations with the founder into polished first drafts (LinkedIn posts, articles, scripts) written in the founder’s voice.
  • Identify additional content opportunities that can be developed from a single idea or conversation.
  • Help translate thought leadership content into lead-generation tools such as assessments, lead magnets, and landing pages.
  • Build and manage email campaigns that nurture prospects through the pipeline.
  • Create or direct visually compelling, editorial-quality content (graphics, layouts, short-form video concepts) using tools like Canva, AI platforms, and similar.
  • Maintain a content and campaign calendar, keeping projects moving without waiting for constant direction.
  • Track performance of content and campaigns and suggest improvements based on results.
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform best practices, and cultural references relevant to a premium, culturally aware audience.
Qualifications:
  • A strong writer and editorial thinker who can turn a rough idea into a compelling first draft in someone else’s voice.
  • Visually sophisticated, with a genuine eye for design, typography, imagery, fashion, and culture, not just template-based social content.
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-minded, comfortable helping turn content into lead-generation systems rather than just publishing it.
  • Proactive and accountable: you capture ideas, create structure, and move work forward without needing every step spelled out.
  • Comfortable with AI tools, email/landing page platforms, and learning new technology quickly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into greater responsibility as the business scales.
  • A portfolio or work samples that reflect genuine creative point of view (previous client work is welcome, but we’re especially interested in how you think, not just what you were asked to produce).
Why Join Scale Up Philippines?

At Scale Up Philippines, we connect talented Filipino professionals with world-class clients who value people as much as results. This one is for someone ready to grow.

If you’re passionate about this position and ready to grow your career with a global team, we’d love to hear from you!
