Overview

As part of North Strategic and Publicis Groupe Canada's growing Influencer practice, we're hiring a Senior Account Manager. You will be working as part of a dynamic account team in a fast-paced agency environment, developing and delivering strategic, creative programs for consumer lifestyle and corporate clients. Your job is to tell the client's story and drive impactful outcomes, with a focus on program execution and client service excellence. Success in this role comes from your ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, in addition to integrated agency partners.ย 

We're looking for a passionate team player with strong strategic thinking, organizational abilities and leadership skills. You're a critical thinker who can create cross-channel strategies for our clients and coach junior team members. You'veideally worked in-agency before and know the ropes.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Campaign day-to-day lead: Manage daily execution of influencer campaigns for multiple clients, guiding projects from start to finish. Lead partner selection, outreach, negotiation, contracts, and creative briefing. Integrate paid media, track analytics, and deliver reports to ensure campaign success.ย 
  • Creative strategist: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strong plans and POVs, bringing curiosity, creativity and critical thinking to the table.ย 
  • Narrative driver: A confident, strong writer and storyteller, skilled in crafting and editing a range of comms materials, from press releases to punchy pitches, sponsored content, or social content, landing with impact for clients.ย ย 
  • Influencer relations pro: Maintain and grow strong relationships with Canadian influencers across consumer, technology, business, lifestyle and other beats. Bringing a keen eye on how to pivot or personalize outreach to reach program coverage goals.
  • Client management: Serve as a trusted client lead, building deep relationships and proactively driving smart, strategic programs forward.
  • Coach and mentor: Lead junior team members with clarity and care, delegating, reviewing, and providing feedback while not hesitating to roll up sleeves to support when its needed. Contribute to agency's inclusive and positive agency culture.ย 
Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in a social media or influencer agency
  • Genuine curiosity about how technology and innovation affects how we communicate and evolves social behaviors
  • Bachelor's & post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field
  • Passionately committed to collaboration
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation and communication skills; dynamic team player
  • Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong proficiency in social platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, WhatsApp and Snapchat, etc....), effective measurement frameworks for social programs
  • Experience in running social advertising campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, vendors and agency partners
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure
  • Skilled at analyzing data, deriving insights and building creative output to meet client objectives

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD$80K-$90K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data
