Our Department

The Marketing team at Springs Window Fashions develops and executes our residential marketing strategy to position our brands as market leaders, drive awareness, and deepen consumer engagement-all while continually enhancing the overall customer experience. Fast-paced and highly collaborative, the team plays a critical role in shaping how consumers perceive and interact with our brands, often serving as their first point of connection.

The Brand Management team sits within Marketing and is responsible for shaping and stewarding the strategy, positioning, and voice of Springs Window Fashions' portfolio of brands. Working cross-functionally, the team ensures every touchpoint-from product launches and campaigns to content, social, and customer experiences-reflects a clear, cohesive brand story aligned to business objectives. The group blends strategic thinking with creative execution, partnering closely with Creative, Digital, Product, and Sales to bring our brands to life in meaningful and relevant ways.

On the Brand Management team, the Social Media Manager plays a key role in translating brand strategy into compelling, platform-specific content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and strengthens emotional connections with consumers across our brands.

 

Who Should Apply

This role with be the voice of Springs' brands through our social media channels and will be responsible for executing the social content calendar, monitoring community engagement within social platforms, and assisting with content creation (reels, working with influencers, etc.). 

The Social Media Manager will also create analytics and reporting to track the effectiveness of our campaigns in addition to researching, identifying and recommending new ways to expand and reach our target audience, thereby helping to drive overall brand awareness, customer engagement and increase conversion rate.

 

Objectives

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals, i.e. product launches, promotional activity.
  • Manage influencer/content creator strategy and program.
  • Implement SWF's social media content calendar and other social media communication in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate development of relevant content, working closely with the copywriters, digital, channel and product teams.
  • Manage daily communication with SWF-contracted influencers, dealers, and agency partners.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tool.
  • Monitor all SWF social media sites to ensure brand engagement and reputation.
  • Research, recommend and monitor social campaign opportunities and stay updated on key social trends, competitor insights/benchmarking, platform updates, key words, and best practices.
  • Monitor social metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize content and boosting spend for engagement and reach across platforms.
  • Identify new ways to expand and reach our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with channel and sales to take advantage of opportunities to partner with our customers and leverage their digital presence.
  • Collaborate with broader marketing, cross functional, and creative teams to coordinate content creation and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video (i.e. reels) content for all brands.
Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; Marketing or Business preferred.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in social media management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Considerable knowledge and experience with various digital and social networks. (FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, etc.)
  • Experience working with cross-functional and external/agency partners
  • Knowledge and experience tracking metrics (i.e. via Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage and track multiple project tasks and performance
  • Ability to develop reporting methods and analyze results of digital initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Aptitude for learning new technology; tech-savvy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Possess a sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality
