Creative Manager
Reports To: Director, Creative Marketing
Department: Creative Marketing

Location: Scottsdale, AZ, Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA preferred

Job Summary:
We're seeking a Creative Manager who will promote our mission and elevate our communications. The right candidate should have experience developing omni-channel initiatives that effectively drive an intended engagement or conversion.
The Creative Manager will oversee and develop digital and print creative-including email, site, and in-store collateral-ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines and complies with state regulations. They will report to the Director of Creative and collaborate closely with Trulieve's Creative and Marketing teams.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Exhibit genuine passion about pushing the creative and being a part of our company's success.
  • Align concepts to creative brief and develop solutions within a range of channels such as Display, Site, Social, Email, and In-store.
  • Maintain stewardship of both retail and product brands' looks, tones, and feels.
  • Manage and develop a range of ideas and designs to ensure the creative direction effectively supports the overall concepts.
  • Partner with copy team to develop ideas that are on-brief and on-strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to solve challenges and ensure on-strategy creative.

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Good sense of design aesthetics.
  • Manage and produce solid concepts and execute on direction.
  • Think strategically and understand the value of the creative briefs.
  • Strong knowledge of creative programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of digital and content marketing principles, and how to use them to enhance the creative idea.
  • Experience in cross-functional marketing such as brand, acquisition, promotion, and CRM.
  • CPG, retail, and/or cannabis industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Ability to provide an online portfolio displaying body of work.
