  • Compensation: $70,000$90,000 per year (weekly draw pay + uncapped commissions + bonuses)

  • Schedule: MondayFriday (weekends as needed)

Qualifications
  • Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (training and reimbursement provided)

  • 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
