The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.**ABOUT THE POSITION**The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing responsible for developing and driving the marketing strategy for leveraging and promoting Columbia Partners (brand ambassadors, category athletes, corporate partners and product collaborations) across all marketing channels and platforms. Acting as the primary marketing liaison to the Partnerships team, this position translates Partner agreements into clear marketing recommendations and activation plans that support overall brand strategy. The role works closely with Creative, Social, PR, Retail, and Wholesale teams to ensure Partner usage is brand-aligned, strategically prioritized, and effectively tracked against agreed-upon objectives.**HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE*** Develops and owns the overarching strategy for how marketing leverages all Partners and brand collaborations across channels, platforms, and activations to support brand and business priorities.* Serves as the primary marketing point of contact for the Partnerships team, translating Partner agreements and engagement structures into clear marketing recommendations and prioritization guidance. Aligns with internal teams to determine the most effective use of partners across brand, retail, wholesale, and campaign needs.* Works with Creative and Brand teams to define the look, feel, and storytelling approach for all Partner content and product collaboration launches, ensuring consistency with brand standards while respecting Partner authenticity.* Recommends how Partner time, assets, and agreed-upon engagements should be leveraged across marketing activations. Works closely with Partnerships team to ensure that marketing plans are consistent with Partner contracts.* Provides strategic guidance on Partner-related social content, including recommended platforms, timing, cadence, and content approach.
