Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable creative professional to join our in-house Marketing and Creative team as a Creative Producer / Multimedia Designer. This role is well-suited for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a broad range of creative disciplines including graphic design, presentations, print and digital collateral, video, photography, branding, and event support.


We are looking for a candidate with strong creative intuition, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to independently lead projects from concept through final execution while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.


The ideal candidate is a creative generalist with advanced Adobe Creative Suite expertise, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to support diverse marketing and communication initiatives.


This is an onsite role in Fort Worth, Texas.



Requirements:

Creative Design & Brand Execution

  • Develop high-quality creative assets across print, digital, presentation, and environmental formats
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across all branded materials and marketing touchpoints
  • Create layouts, templates, and visual systems that support company branding and communication efforts
  • Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple platforms and channels while preserving design integrity
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate ideas and objectives into polished visual solutions


Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling

  • Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences
  • Create visually engaging presentation templates and slide systems
  • Support storytelling through effective use of layout, typography, visuals, and data presentation
  • Assist in the organization and formatting of executive-level presentations and meeting materials


Events & Creative Operations

  • Support creative execution for meetings, trainings, tradeshows, and corporate events
  • Produce event-related assets including graphics, signage, presentations, and collateral
  • Coordinate deliverables and maintain organization across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met


Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Design collateral and support materials for product launches, campaigns, meetings, and initiatives
  • Create digital and print marketing assets including flyers, brochures, handouts, signage, and promotional materials
  • Contribute to campaign asset development across multiple communication channels
  • Support internal communication and corporate branding efforts as needed


Multimedia Production

  • Assist with photography and video production, including setup, capture, editing, and asset preparation
  • Edit video content for internal communications, testimonials, product-related content, social media, and events
  • Support studio operations, equipment management, and media asset organization
  • Maintain and organize creative assets including photo, video, and design libraries


Digital & Web Support

  • Support website updates, content management, and digital asset implementation
  • Assist with landing pages, forms, graphics, and digital marketing materials
  • Help maintain organized digital systems and creative resources
  • Support email marketing and digital communication initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design or multimedia/creative production
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint design, formatting, and visual storytelling
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy principles
  • Experience preparing files for both print and digital production workflows
  • Experience supporting corporate events, meetings, and/or tradeshows
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Communication (preferred)
  • Experience with After Effects (preferred)
  • Photography experience, including basic lighting principles (preferred)
  • Video production and editing experience, including workflow familiarity (preferred)
  • Familiarity with web content management systems or website builders (preferred)
  • Experience working within a regulated industry or corporate brand environment (preferred)
  • Understanding of digital marketing and content workflows (preferred)


Work Environment

  • Indoors, in an office environment, with temperature control.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
  • 10-25% travel

Physical Demands
