Maintain high standards for storytelling, visual quality, brand consistency, pacing, graphics, audio, and overall production value.

Jump in when business needs require it by writing, producing, shooting, editing, reviewing creative, or helping finalize priority deliverables.

Translate client and market needs into clear creative direction that teams can execute effectively.

Support, Develop, and Align Teams

Lead, coach, and support assigned Content Creators, Senior Content Creators, and other creative production team members.

Conduct regular check-ins to review assignments, priorities, performance, and development opportunities.

Partner with Marketing Consultants, Sales Management, General Managers, Project Managers, Client Services Strategists, clients, and other stakeholders.

Participate in client meetings, campaign discovery, creative presentations, and production planning discussions as needed.

Promote training, knowledge sharing, accountability, and a solutions-focused team culture while helping reduce redundancy and improve process consistency.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE SPECIAL

A leadership role with direct impact on multiple television markets.

A manager role that stays connected to the creative work, including hands-on production support when needed.

Opportunity to help coordinate large-scale regional and national creative initiatives.

A chance to strengthen workflow, elevate creative quality, support client service, and help shape ACCET as a national creative production resource.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

3-5+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, creative services, video production, post-production, advertising, agency work, or a related field preferred.

Experience leading creative teams or managing high-volume production workflows across multiple projects or markets.

Ability to write, produce, shoot, and edit compelling commercial, branded, digital, or promotional content when business needs require it.

Strong understanding of video production workflows, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, graphics, audio, client approvals, and final delivery.

Experience working directly with Sales teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong creative judgment and the ability to provide clear, constructive direction.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or similar production tools preferred.

Familiarity with digital video, social media content, OTT/CTV advertising, branded content, and multi-platform campaign production preferred.

Comfort working in project management systems; Adobe Workfront experience is a plus.

Ability to lift, carry, and move production equipment as needed; valid driver license and good driving record may be required for production-related needs.

A proactive mindset focused on efficiency, collaboration, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF

You are comfortable managing workflow across several markets, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

You are willing and able to stay hands-on by helping write, shoot, edit, shape creative, or support production when needed.

You can balance client service, creative quality, team capacity, deadlines, and business priorities.

You communicate clearly, remove roadblocks, and bring alignment between Sales, clients, creative teams, and leadership.
