Job description

As an experienced Sr. Creative Operations Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities  

  • The Creative Operations Lead owns the end-to-end creative workflow for a high-volume CRM account spanning email and direct mail, driving projects from brief through creative approval with precision and accountability.
  • Day-to-day, this role manages creative timelines, tracks review cycles, and monitors task progress in Workfront - running daily standups and following up proactively to keep campaigns on track.
  • On the people side, the Creative Operations Lead handles pod capacity planning and resource assignments, identifying constraints, surfacing blockers, and building contingency coverage for competing priorities or PTO.
  • From a production standpoint, this role owns creative QA/readiness for handoff to campaign operations to start build process - maintaining version control, troubleshooting file issues, managing image licensing, and applying knowledge of email and direct mail specs and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience managing creative resources, workflows, and output in high-volume settings
  • 5+ years of experience with email and direct mail creative development and deployment
  • 5+ years of experience with project management platforms (e.g. Workfront, Jira, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with hybrid onshore/offshore teams
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $127,000 to $150,000.
