Your Mission Join ClearPoint as our Director of Secure Operations, where you will partner with the Principal to set long-term strategy and oversee the day-to-day activities of our security and secure space operations as we grow toward a multi-site, multi-state portfolio. You will oversee the successful daily operations across all security and secure space functional areas, working cross-functionally to set goals, policies, budgets, and workforce plans while ensuring the company and all sites meet or exceed security and compliance standards. This role also includes serving as subject matter expert supporting MERIDIAN, our in-house developed AI-Enabled Secure Space Operations & Management Platform, ensuring the platform is developed in accordance with ICD 705 standards and becomes an essential tool in supporting the successful and compliance operations of secure sites.  You Will Excel in This Role If You Are: * Experienced partnering with executive leadership to set strategic direction, policy, and long-term objectives * Skilled at overseeing daily operations across multiple functional areas, ensuring smooth, compliant activity * Comfortable establishing goals, budgets, and workforce plans, and evaluating performance against them * A strong people leader, able to oversee and mentor other functional managers * A creative thinker with the bigger-picture perspective needed to drive process and team improvements * A skilled communicator, able to explain requirements clearly in writing and in person * Comfortable taking on program management responsibilities alongside operational leadership A Day in the Life: * Partner with the Principal on strategic objectives, policy, budgets, and workforce planning for secure space operations * Oversee daily operations across all security and secure space functional areas * Assist functional managers in establishing goals, policies, procedures, and budgets * Set and track performance metrics; evaluate and improve operational procedures * Oversee and review the work of other functional managers, mentoring at all levels * Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and mandates * Review AI-assisted recommendations for accuracy on the MERIDIAN platform What We Are Expecting From You: * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance * Bachelor's degree in a related field (4 years of experience may substitute); advanced degree desired * 10+ years of security operations experience across functional areas, including 5+ years of management experience * Subject matter expert-level knowledge of ICD 705 and SCIF operations, including construction, accreditation, and re-accreditation practices * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools * Outstanding leadership skills; organized, open-minded, decisive, and flexible * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff at all levels * Strong creative thinking and time-management skills Nice to Have: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification * Experience supporting oral presentations, technical demonstrations, or government evaluations * Familiarity with AI-enabled or software platforms used for compliance and accreditation workflows ClearPoint is committed to delivering secure, compliant environments that enable our partners to operate effectively in mission-critical settings.
