Every day, Material Bank connects thousands of designers with tens of thousands of materials from leading brands. • Coordinate contractor onboarding and administration while partnering with Finance on vendor processes.
  • Support performance management programs, monthly check-ins, Internal CSAT, compensation cycles, and talent initiatives through operational coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, HR systems, and People processes.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with HR reporting, documentation, audits, and special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and assist with coordinating interviews, debriefs, and assessments helping move candidates through the process.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Administration.
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to work with large data sets in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Deel, or similar systems.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information and exercising sound judgment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-service mindset.
