Job description

Marketing Coordinator Job Purpose: Assists in the development and execution of marketing and advertising promotions and menu development.
Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:
  • Coordinate with creative agency on digital messaging and promotions including e-mail promotions and social media.
  • Assists in proofing copy for multiple menus and beverage menus.
  • Manages all Local Store Marketing requests; creative requests and ads, etc.
  • Responds to questions & requests regarding marketing from field operations.
  • Prepares a monthly marketing update to send to operations.
  • Programs and schedules email blasts.
  • Keeps promotional materials and other items updated in inventory.
  • Supports marketing function by coordinating projects with creative agency, printers, and other functions.
  • Monitors social media activity, assists in creating and managing social media content, responds to guest inquiries on Facebook and Twitter.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Social media/blog savvy.
  • Proactive attitude to take on and run with any project discussed.
