Job description

Marketing Manager
Be the Voice. Build the Brand. Drive the Growth.
Are you someone who can build relationships, get people excited, and turn ideas into action?
At Team JCK, we're looking for a confident, creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Manager who knows how to influence, inspire, and get things moving.
This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk marketing job. You'll work directly with restaurant leaders, Operations, franchise partners, and community organizations to grow sales, build our brands, and create connections in the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
Drive Restaurant Growth
  • Create local marketing plans and promotions that increase guest traffic and sales.
  • Partner with Operations to identify opportunities and support restaurants that need a marketing boost.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, sales trends, and ROI.
  • Evaluate digital marketing, online ordering, delivery, and loyalty opportunities.
  • Build practical marketing tools restaurant teams can use.

Lead New Restaurant Marketing
  • Develop pre-opening, grand opening, and first 90-day marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with Operations and franchise partners.
  • Build local relationships that generate excitement and momentum.

Build Community Connections
Be a visible representative of Team JCK by building relationships with schools, nonprofits, Chambers of Commerce, local businesses, and community organizations. Develop fundraising and community programs that strengthen relationships, increase visibility, and support restaurant growth.
Influence Without a Title
You'll lead through relationships, communication, influence, and results-working with restaurant and operational leaders, Executive Leadership, franchise partners, and franchisor marketing teams.
You need to be comfortable selling an idea, gaining buy-in, and turning plans into action.
The Person We're Looking For
You're confident, persuasive, outgoing, energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial. You see opportunities, take initiative, adapt quickly, communicate well, and care about measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, franchises, retail, or multi-unit environments.
  • Local Store Marketing experience.
  • Experience with grand openings, community partnerships, fundraising, or sales-focused marketing.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent education and experience.

Bonus: Multi-unit restaurant or franchise marketing, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, event planning, public speaking, or fundraising experience.
What Does Winning Look Like?
Guest traffic and sales grow. Campaigns produce measurable results. Community partnerships expand. New restaurants open with momentum. Restaurant teams use the tools you create. Marketing investments deliver positive ROI.
How We Work at Team JCK
People Are Our Business.
We lead with Leadership, Kindness, Fun, Service, and Teamwork-taking ownership, building genuine relationships, bringing positive energy, serving others, and winning together.
This is a hands-on role with regular travel between restaurant locations. Some evenings and weekends are required for community events, fundraising, grand openings, and special events.
Ready to Make Things Happen?
Bring your ideas, energy, creativity, and ability to rally people around a goal.
Come grow restaurants. Build communities. Build brands.
