Job description

We are seeking an imaginative, strategic, and highly organized creative leader to help shape how our brands show up and connect with consumers across content, social, digital, media, communications, and consumer activations.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will support category-led demand creation by driving the operational execution of marketing campaigns, content production, brand partnerships, and communications initiatives. You will ensure projects move efficiently from planning through delivery by managing workflows, timelines, approvals, and governance processes while partnering with agencies, creators, and cross-functional teams. You will help deliver high-quality, on-brand content that supports business objectives and enhances consumer engagement.
This role is ideal for a versatile creative thinker who understands how strong ideas, storytelling, and content come together and who also brings strong account management and operational skills. As a trusted extension of the Creative Director, you will support integrated marketing workstreams, guide internal and external partners, and carry creative ideas from early concept through final execution.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Establish the visual and verbal expression of campaigns, including the look, tone, feel, messaging, mood boards, visual references, and creative territories.
  • Develop campaign concepts, shape narratives, write copy, create social assets, build storyboards, and recommend content formats and production techniques.
  • Provide creative direction across video, social, digital, eCommerce, media, and campaign assets, ensuring the work is distinctive, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Identify social trends, cultural conversations, emerging formats, and platform behaviors that can inspire timely brand content.
  • Build content calendars and roadmaps based on campaign plans, media needs, cultural opportunities, and business priorities.
  • Partner across internal teams and agencies to deliver connected creative across consumer touchpoints.
  • Support organic and paid social execution, including publishing, community engagement, social listening, optimization, and reporting.
  • Guide influencer, creator, talent, licensing, and brand partnerships from briefing and selection through content delivery and measurement.
  • Present and advocate for creative recommendations, respond to stakeholder feedback, and apply campaign results and consumer response to future work.
  • Serve as the primary day to day contact for assigned creative, social, production, media, and account agency partners.
  • Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, approvals, contracts, usage rights, assets, and final delivery.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and create clarity across teams to keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Communicate project status, creative recommendations, financial considerations, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure all work meets brand, legal, governance, platform, confidentiality, and contractual requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in design, copywriting, art direction, content creation, creative marketing, integrated marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated experience operating at the level of a Senior Designer, Senior Copywriter, Senior Content Creative, Marketing Manager, Associate Creative Director, or equivalent role.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, strategic thinking, and multi-channel execution.
  • Strong account leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills, including the ability to manage feedback, align stakeholders, and build trusted relationships.
  • Direct experience creating, editing, uploading, scheduling, publishing, and managing content within Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and YouTube Studio, along with a strong understanding of organic and paid social practices.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns, agencies, production partners, budgets, timelines, cross functional teams, partner agreements, and usage rights.
  • Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, or Adobe Express, with the ability to review, adapt, or make light edits to creative assets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for creative ideation, copy development, visual exploration, research, content adaptation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting processes, governance requirements, and compliance standards.

Compensation
Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
