Job description

AmericanAg® is looking for a Digital Content & Creative Manager to shape and strengthen how our brand comes to life across LinkedIn, our website, and other digital channels. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Schaumburg, IL, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.

This individual contributor role blends strong design and layout expertise with strategic thinking and visual storytelling. Working collaboratively across teams, the Digital Content & Creative Manager will lead the creative development and execution of integrated digital campaigns, determining how content should be presented to drive engagement, strengthen our brand, and grow our audience.

We are looking for someone who will bring a strategic prospective, creative ideas who can proactively identify opportunities to elevate our content, and help us connect more effectively with our audiences.

The Digital Content & Creative Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning and managing our LinkedIn and website presence, including recommending the right visual formats, content mix, and publishing cadence to increase engagement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact presentations, and develop integrated digital campaigns across websites, email marketing, paid and organic social media, and digital channels.
  • Transforming written content from our content marketing team into engaging, visually compelling formats.
  • Editing, maintaining, and evolving our visual brand system (presentations, one-pagers, social media assets, digital advertisements, and website content) to ensure a consistent experience across digital touchpoints.
  • Translating creative strategy and direction into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitoring campaign and content performance, using insights to recommend improvements and inform future creative decisions.

What you will bring to this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with strong graphic design and layout skills, supported by a portfolio that includes digital and social media work, insurance experience is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as Microsoft PowerPoint. 
  • A strategic understanding of what performs well on LinkedIn and other B2B digital channels, including both visual appeal and audience engagement. 
  • Strong brand instincts and the ability to translate brand standards into consistent, compelling creative work. 
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and carry projects from concept through execution with exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. 

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
