Position Summary
The Creative Project Manager, Visual & Pitch Development manages all aspects of creative projects in support of Business Development and Corporate initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional work activities to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of proposals, RFP responses and executive presentations. This role is responsible for managing projects through the full lifecycle including planning, scope definition, design coordination, execution and final delivery. Tracks progress against milestones, timelines and quality standards, and provides status updates to senior leadership as needed. Performs work under the direction of a department leader and partners closely with sales leads, copywriting PMs, graphic designers and external vendors.
This role pays an annual salary of $75,000-$85,000.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, deliverables and timelines for proposals and presentations.
  • Build and manage detailed production schedules based on design complexity.
  • Track progress against milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify risks and escalate more complex issues to leadership when appropriate.
  • Coordinate final packaging, submission readiness and delivery.
  • Coordinate work between sales leads, copywriting PMs and graphic designers.
  • Translate strategic messaging into structured visual frameworks and actionable briefs.
  • Maintain deliverable checklists and version control.
  • Facilitate review cycles and consolidate feedback efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of design timelines and creative capacity.
  • Align workload with available resources and production bandwidth.
  • Advocate for appropriate lead times to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual polish across deliverables.
  • Assist with selection and coordination of external print vendors.
  • Prepare print-ready files and manage proofing process.
  • Oversee timelines, logistics and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure technical accuracy prior to final production.
  • Provide status updates to leadership on project progress.
  • Track key milestones and delivery performance.
  • Support continuous improvement of templates, workflows and creative systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 -5+ years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, proposal support or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Beginning to intermediate understanding of print production processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
