This hands‑on role owns key creative channels, including social media, graphic design, email, SMS, and photography, while serving as a strategic marketing partner to Roam’s workplaces and sales team.

About Roam Co, LLC

Designed to reinspire work and meetings, Roam is a comprehensive work, meet and office solution with eight locations in Metro Atlanta, one in Dallas, TX, and one in Greenville, SC. Month‑to‑month memberships, private offices and technology‑equipped meeting rooms accommodating 2 to 275 people allow small businesses and large corporations alike to work productively and with flexibility in design‑enhanced environments. Our story is centered on a counter‑cultural approach to business and a people‑first mentality that’s activated in our desire to partner with stakeholders through the delivery of hospitality for the purpose of impacting lives.

Description

The ideal Creative Marketing Manager is equal parts creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and hands‑on executor. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this person will bring the Roam brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints through thoughtful content, compelling campaigns, and consistent brand communication. Creative and content‑driven, they will take meaningful ownership of Roam's social media, graphic design photography, email, and SMS marketing while partnering with the Senior Director of Marketing to bring broader company‑wide strategies to life.

As a self‑starter, the ideal candidate takes initiative, manages multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively, and cares deeply about producing thoughtful, high‑quality work. They are creative and innovative, naturally seeing opportunities instead of problems, and meeting challenges with energy, curiosity and optimism. Equally energized by developing new ideas and seeing them through to final execution, this person combines imagination with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through. They enjoy the process of creating something from nothing and have fun bringing new concepts, campaigns, and strategies to life.

An engaging and thoughtful communicator, the ideal candidate works confidently and resourcefully on their own while remaining eager to share ideas and collaborate with others. They will serve as the lead marketing partner for all Roam workplaces, building trusted relationships, and translating company priorities and local opportunities into focused, location‑specific strategies.

Hospitality is central to how this person approaches their work. They consider how every message, design, campaign, and interaction can make people feel seen, welcomed and cared for, activating Roam's commitment to hospitality across each brand touchpoint. Motivated to learn and grow both personally and professionally, this person is energized by the opportunity to strengthen the Roam brand, support the people around them, and help more people discover and experience Roam.

  • Use Roam's CRM (Hubspot) to manage audience segments, execute campaigns, and build relevant lead and client‑nurturing journeys.
  • Partner with sales, internal stakeholders, and Hubspot Success Manager to maintain accurate marketing data and apply channel insights to improve engagement and conversion.
