Job description

Reduce is a family-owned, nationally distributed drinkware brand driven by a creative culture and underpinned with serious retail muscle. Weโ€™re on a mission to make sustainable, design-forward hydration and food storage products that people actually love using โ€” from bold colorways to playful prints, our products live at the intersection of function and fun. Youโ€™ll have real ownership over work that shows up on shelves across the country and internationally, alongside a team that moves fast and values world class design skill.

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer specializing in Packaging to join our creative team. Youโ€™ll own the visual execution of our packaging and in-store presence โ€” from new product launches to retail displays โ€” bringing our brand to life from concept through print-ready execution. Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role is central to our packaging pillar. If you obsess over the details, love a great dieline challenge, and take pride in seeing your work on shelves at major retailers, youโ€™re in the right place.

This is a hybrid position requiring in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday each week at our stunning headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

What You'll Do
  • Design and production-manage packaging across our drinkware and food storage portfolio โ€” including dielines, ecommerce boxes, retail boxes, club boxes, hangtags, wraps, trays, endcap headers, and sidecaps โ€” across mass, club, grocery, and e-commerce channels
  • Set up and finalize artwork on dielines, ensuring all files are print-ready and meet retailer and vendor specifications
  • Render packaging and pallet visuals to support sales presentations, sell-in decks, and internal reviews
  • Create retail marketing assets including endcap displays, sidecaps, shelf talkers, and POP materials
  • Assist with packaging copy editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy across all printed materials
  • Develop international and multi-lingual packaging that meets customer-specific requirements
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Sales teams to translate briefs into compelling, on-brand packaging solutions
  • Support seasonal and promotional campaigns with retail-ready creative adaptations
  • Manage print vendor and supplier relationships to ensure color accuracy and production quality
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a clear portfolio emphasis on CPG packaging or retail marketing
  • Hands-on experience with packaging dielines across multiple retail channels โ€” mass, club, grocery, and e-commerce
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Solid understanding of print production โ€” dieline specs, CMYK, Pantone, bleed/safe zones, and press proofing
  • Familiarity with BOM creation and artwork management processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute repetitive, high-volume production tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Strong project management skills โ€” comfortable juggling multiple SKUs, deadlines, and revision cycles simultaneously
  • A collaborative mindset โ€” equally comfortable taking creative direction and running with your own ideas
Bonus Points
  • Background in drinkware, housewares, or consumer goods
  • Familiarity with Amazon A+ content or retail media assets
  • Experience working with external agencies or vendors
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance
