Job Summary:
PMG is a global independent marketing services and technology company recognized for its innovative culture and commitment to excellence. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for Alli's Creative Insights platform, collaborating with various teams to maximize product potential and market success.
Responsibilities:
• Own the roadmap for Alli's Creative Insights platform
• Use data driven approach to help creative teams build and concept better creative through concepting and production
• Understand how creative and media teams work together to drive marketing objectives
• Identify and develop new product opportunities using AI and data science based models
• Work with external third parties (i.e., Google, Amazon, OpenAI) to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities evaluate AI based partnerships
• Work with executives to align product vision and strategy
• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle
• Actively engage users and drive adoption through various marketing activities such as: all hands company meetings, lunch & learns, newsletters and product documentation to both internal and external audiences
• Actively manage a portfolio of concurrent product projects, quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure that the product objectives are achieved on time
• Coordinate delivery of product releases with the Engineering and Media teams
• Conduct research, gather and document product and customer requirements, ensuring project documents are complete, with abundant detail, current, and stored appropriately
• Work cross-departmentally to scope costs, time, and capacity for requests
• Work with UI/UX team to design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
• Ideate and brainstorm solutions
• Conduct testing to improve software quality
• Provide content for product line and marketing communications
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of related work experience in an advertising/creative agency and/or in a product focused role within a technology based organization
• 4+ years of experience working with customer data, martech data sets, and/or digital advertising platforms; experience working alongside creative teams
• Strong stakeholder management
• Prior experience building and delivering product marketing presentations to large audiences, both internally and externally; past experience with Keynote/PowerPoint
• Passion for understanding users and their behavior
• Prior experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering and/or data science modeling
• Prior experience managing the end to end product lifecycle
• Self-motivated; keen interest in learning new tools and technology
Preferred:
• Experience with analytics tools such as: Pendo, Mixpanel and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with creative intelligence platform such as: Smartly, VidMob, Kargo
