Accounts Receivable / Billing & Project Administrator

Location: Vancouver, WA | 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $58,000 - $66,500

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing & Project Administrator to join its collaborative accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of accounts receivable, billing, customer service, and project administration responsibilities. You'll work closely with customers, external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure billing milestones are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable, progress billing, and milestone-based invoicing for project-driven work
  • Prepare billing packages, completion statements, and supporting documentation using Excel
