Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or coordinator role within a professional office environment
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in document proofreading and editing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive client situations professionally

What You Should Know


This is a full-time position and is available to be a hybrid position, working at least 3 days in the office. Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
