We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Creative Excellence & Brand Experience to join our J&J Vision team. This position is hybrid based out of our Jacksonville, FL office location.

Purpose: The Manager, Creative Excellence & Brand Experience helps shape how ACUVUE comes to life across consumer and professional touchpoints. This role leads the ACUVUE Design Collective while partnering closely with marketing teams, agencies, creators, and external partners to develop compelling brand experiences that drive engagement and business growth.

The position serves as a bridge between brand strategy and creative execution, bringing together consumer & professional insights, cultural trends, creative excellence, and operational rigor to ensure ACUVUE delivers impactful and relevant experiences across channels. This role offers significant exposure to campaign development, agency management, brand strategy, consumer engagement, and creative innovation.

This individual will report into the Senior Manager, ACUVUE Masterbrand.

You will be responsible for:

ACUVUE Design Collective Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ACUVUE Design Collective.
  • Coordinate internal and external design resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and with excellence.
  • Support workload planning, project prioritization, and resource allocation across the team.
  • Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across design partners.
  • Support governance of content management systems, design tools, and asset repositories.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed -to-market, and collaborations.

Brand Stewardship & Creative Excellence

  • Help maintain and evolve ACUVUE's visual identity and creative standards.
  • Lead creative desk process to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to maintain consistency across consumer, professional, digital, and CRM channels.
  • Support governance and organization of brand assets, templates, and creative resources.

Marketing Integration & Campaign Support

  • Partner with marketing teams throughout campaign development to identify creative needs and opportunities.
  • Development of Professional and Consumer Creative.
  • Manage approvals of assets through medical and legal reviews.
  • Contribute to creative briefs and project planning discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets are tailored to channel objectives and audience needs.
  • Help identify opportunities for content reuse, adaptation, and optimization across channels through insights and data.
  • Support execution of integrated campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Help Identify trends and emerging opportunities that can strengthen ACUVUE's creative approach.
  • Support creative testing and learning initiatives by documenting key findings and implications.
  • Lead the development of ecommerce creative assets, including product detail pages, brand stores, digital shelf content, banners, and promotional materials, ensuring a seamless and compelling consumer experience that drives engagement and conversion.

Qualifications:

Required skills & experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years business experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience is required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative development, and project management
  • Managing dynamic teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with platforms including Monday.com, Figma, Upwork

Preferred skills & experience:

  • MBA
  • Experience working closely with creative and/or developing creative
  • Familiarity with consumer insights, creative testing, and campaign measurement

This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and requires up to 20% domestic travel.
