Responsibilities:

Creative Development:

Partner with the Dir. of Creative to bring new, innovative ideas to brand, digital and campaign work within the creative team and to the brand(s).

Partner with cross-functional team members and external agency partners to develop and execute integrated creative solutions across digital, experiential,brandingand print.

At times, plan, build and work off site events that require travel, heavyliftingand participation to bring the brand experience to life.

Hands-on creative execution and ownership ofhighly complexidentity and creative projects while mentoring designers ontheircreative projects.

Direct and collaborate with producers and photographers on lifestyle and product shoots, with a keen eye forbrand aesthetic.


Leadership:

Mentorand guide project teams (designers, freelancers).

Manage multiple creative projects overseeing deadlines, timelines and facilitating work across project/support team(s) optimizing workflow.

Push for stronger, differentiated work that adheres to the brand and creative strategy and elevates the experience of brand- setting andmaintainingthe creative bar.

Maintaincreative excellence while managing a highnumberofpriorities withprecisetime management, ensuring both your work and team members' work meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Develop strong creativepitchesand present work confidently tostakeholders, external partners and cross-functionally, articulating thestrategic thinking behind creative decisions and how those decisions drive brand goals and creative strategy, as well as how we will measure success.


Challenge and sharpen the creative and visual strategy across stakeholders, thinking in systems (campaigns and ecosystems vs. Tactical assets).


Influence cross-functional partners (brand, marketing, agency)with solutions, not just work.


Partner with internal data and insights teams to generate performance measurements against creative solutions to continuously drive growth and success of output.

Trend Awareness:

Proactively continues to learn industry happenings,trendsand ways of working.

Subject Matter Expert:

Strong and intuitive creative and visual thinking prioritizing scalability and consistency across the creative outputs and brand touchpoints.

Excellent knowledge of standard industry creative programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.

Design-thinking knowledge and human-centricmethodologydriven to ensure people are kept at the heart of driving creative experiences.

Overseeing photo/video shoots and supporting video production alongside Director of Creative.


Qualifications:

ABachelor'sdegree orassociate's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Multimedia Design or User Experience Design is preferred.

10+years of design experience isrequired; 3-5 years CPG experiencepreferred;Agency experiencehighlypreferred.

Proven experience in managing stakeholders through creative reviews,pitchesand project timelines.

Proactive and hungry mindset - you go beyond the expected, always looking for ways to pushthe creative forward.

Master of visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of how to translate strategy into compelling design.

Passion for mentoring, with the ability to guide brand managers, designers and agency partners to stronger ideas and sharper execution.

Knowledge inphotography and video is a strong plus.

Knowledge in AI tools is a plus.

High knowledge of industry standard programsarerequired.

Impressive portfolio,demonstratingdynamic and strategic workis required.

Ability toproactivelyproblem-solve, research and analyze informationto inform decisions/recommendations.

Ability to travel (up-to 15%).

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
