Executive Producer

New York City | Full-Time | In Office (Fridays Work From Home)

About the Role

Eventique is looking for an experienced Executive Producer who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, production excellence, and strategic thinking.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys building trusted client partnerships while leading the successful execution of high-profile corporate events, conferences, experiential activations, and branded experiences.

You'll serve as the primary client lead from project kickoff through final reconciliation, partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional work while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts.

What You'll Do

Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Lead discovery meetings to understand business objectives, audience needs, and event goals.

  • Guide clients through strategic recommendations, budgets, timelines, and project decisions.

  • Build trusted relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Event Production
  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously from concept through onsite execution and reconciliation.

  • Develop production timelines, workback schedules, staffing plans, and operational roadmaps.

  • Manage budgets, financial tracking, and project profitability.

  • Oversee venue sourcing, vendors, labor, transportation, fabrication, permitting, and logistics.

  • Lead onsite execution while maintaining exceptional client service.

Team Leadership
  • Collaborate with Creative, Operations, Technical Production, Finance, and Account teams.

  • Direct coordinators, associate producers, freelancers, and vendors.

  • Mentor junior team members and help establish production best practices.

  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across every project.

Business Development Support
  • Participate in client pitches and proposal presentations.

  • Contribute production strategy, budgets, timelines, and scopes of work during the RFP process.

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

  • Support agency leadership in winning new business.

Operational Excellence
  • Improve internal workflows and production processes.

  • Balance creativity with financial responsibility.

  • Identify risks before they become problems.

  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience producing corporate events, conferences, experiential marketing programs, or brand activations.

  • Experience managing executive-level client relationships.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Experience overseeing six- and seven-figure event budgets.

  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Agency experience strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation

Base Salary: Up to $160,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus and benefits.



Exceptional Candidate QualificationsCandidates possessing several of the following qualifications may be considered for compensation up to $180,000+.
  • Proven success leading and winning complex RFPs from strategy through presentation.

  • Significant business development experience with a demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts or secure new clients.

  • Existing network of Fortune 500 marketing or procurement contacts.

  • Experience serving as the executive client lead for enterprise-level accounts.

  • Demonstrated responsibility for agency profitability, forecasting, or P&L management.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Production, Technical Production, Operations, and Account Management.

  • Track record of mentoring senior producers and helping build or scale production organizations.

  • Recognized industry thought leader or established reputation within the experiential marketing community.
