We need a Creative Director.

We need that exceptional mix of visual craft and strategic business acumen; a design-first leader rooted in art direction and visual storytelling, able to elevate brands, resonate with audiences, and ultimately drive significant, measurable outcomes.In this role, you will shape and elevate the visual standard of Guptas creative output, defining how brands look, feel, and show up in culture. Youll lead the art direction across campaigns, mentor designers and art directors, and partner closely with copy, media, and strategy to ensure the work is both visually breakthrough and performance-driven.

You are

A natively digital creative leader who sets and elevates the visual standard across all workowning art direction, brand systems, and campaign aesthetics from concept through executionthat connect and engage with audiences across platforms, devices, and environments;

A prolific director with a track record of leading projects from concept to completion, mentoring and cultivating professional skills to consistently exceed a clients expectations;

A confident creative strategist and presenter who clearly articulates design rationale, connects creative choices to business outcomes, and inspires both clients and internal teams.

An inspiring mentor and culture driver who develops designers and art directors, fosters innovation, and consistently raises the bar for craft, quality, and creative excellence.

Your background and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the creative field, with at least 5 years leading and mentoring art and design teams.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional art direction, brand systems, and digital/social campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in visual design, typography, layout, motion principles, and platform-specific creative execution.
  • Proven ability to lead visual direction across integrated campaigns.
  • High standards for craft, detail, and execution.
  • A collaborative mindset and active contribution to agency culture and creative excellence.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills in client-facing settings.

Compensation
At Gupta Media, base salary is one component of our total compensation and benefits package. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $130,000 - 150,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan, which is based on the company's performance.
