TITLE: Sr. Brand & Digital Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Snowbird

STATUS: Salaried, Full-time, Year-round

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, In-Person at Snowbird with the potential for work-from-home occasionally after an introductory period

Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

Summary: Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Marketing, the Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Snowbird's content strategy, brand articulation and creative direction while leading its adaptation and performance across digital channels, including Web, Paid, Social, Email, App, CRM, SMS & more. This role serves as both a brand steward and digital marketing leader, overseeing campaign strategy, creative development, content production, paid media, website performance and guest communication channels. Working closely with resort leadership, agency partners and internal stakeholders, this position ensures that all marketing initiatives support business objectives while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence across every guest touchpoint. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in digital content creation and strategic storytelling, with a robust background in brand development & digital marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the development and evolution of the resort brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.

  • Create campaign briefs, messaging frameworks and creative direction for major marketing initiatives that will help guide in-house and external agency partners into scaling brand positioning and reach.

  • Lead an agency of record in annual and seasonal campaign strategies that drive awareness, consideration, sales and visitation.

  • Oversee the production of advertising campaigns, content shoots, photography, video and branded assets.

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, designers and other marketing vendors.

  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the resort's unique brand positioning and storytelling.

  • Drive and manage Snowbird's content, brand and digital strategy and creation.

  • Day-to-day oversight of in-house creative and digital team (photography/videography/ social media/CRM / digital) and creative requests in the project management system.

  • Drive overall social media strategy and provide strong tactical leadership to the social media team.

  • Oversee content strategy and editorial planning across digital channels.

  • Develop compelling written content for advertising, website, email, social media and promotional materials.

  • Ensure messaging remains aligned across paid, owned and earned channels.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets and campaign deliverables.

  • Present marketing plans, campaign results and strategic recommendations to leadership.

  • Stay current on marketing trends, technology and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with and act as a leader on the broader marketing team - be flexible to suggestions, curious about different approaches and fervent in convictions to elevate team's acumen.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of marketing/content/creative work experience.

  • Content marketing experience is a must. Minimum 2-4 years of leadership experience required.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must be able to ski or snowboard at an advanced level and can pass a physical capacity screening.

SKILLS

  • Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and business acumen.

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of brand development and storytelling.

  • Proven ability to analyze data and make performance-driven marketing decisions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience with photography, video production or creative direction preferred.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Passion for skiing, snowboarding, mountain culture and outdoor recreation with a minimum intermediate skiing/riding ability required.

  • Experience in optimizing, analyzing and leading digital marketing channels. Direct PPC/Paid Media, CRM and website experience required.

  • Proven ability to shoot and edit photos and/or video

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Shifts vary, may be early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels.

  • Typical work week is Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with some nights and weekends as required by workload and events.

  • This position is in-person at Snowbird with the potential for work-from-home occasionally after an introductory period

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Must be prepared to stay overnight if necessary on occasional times of road closures.

  • May experience unusual stress from high business volumes, deadlines, continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird.

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Must demonstrate ability to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions.

  • General office environment with limited physical activity.

  • Work is outdoors and requires constant exposure to cold and other extreme weather conditions.

  • Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. General office conditions prevail.

  • Work is subject to frequent interruptions making continuity and accuracy difficult, frequent exposure to noise.
