Job description

Position Summary:
Develops creative marketing campaign pieces and other materials relative to the internal and external marketing of the company.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in graphic arts, artistic design, or a closely related field, and at least one year of experience developing creative materials or design elements.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication, project management, time management, and graphic design skills are required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and office applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Experience using web content management systems; or other certifications in the graphic arts field is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses:
None.
Physical Demands:
The ability to use computer and office equipment effectively.
The ability to orally communicate by telephone and person to person.
The ability to see and read printed material. Ambulatory.
Work Environment:
Indoor office conditions.
Driving:
Must have and maintain a valid Tennessee Class “D” license.
Telephone:
Must maintain an operating telephone and furnish the number to his/her supervisor.

• Maintains the integrity of the company’s image across all forms of media.
• Utilizes photography and video (slides, b/w, color, digital, 35mm, HD) to capture images.
• Utilizes copywriting/scripting skills to create words that accompany the graphics.
• Develops creative designs for the company.
• Assists with graphics and files for the company website.
• Assists with the development of new website pages and additions.
• Assists with the creation of radio and television commercials.
• Assists with creative content for social media.
• Assists with the company’s annual report and budget books.
• Maintains contact with vendors and agencies relative to print production, digital marketing, billboard and other communication media.
• Maintains contact with channel affiliates relative to marketing and creative assets for point of sale, print, video and digital marketing.
• Assists other Business Development team members in various activities when needed.
