With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and several locations on the horizon.

Our interiors are recognized for their elevated aesthetic, inspired by exotic destinations around the world. The NOW is looking forward to bringing their thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States.
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will execute visually compelling and impactful designs that represent The NOWโ€™s brand identity and visual language across digital and print channels. This role collaborates closely with the Creative amp; Marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders to execute high-quality creative assets efficiently, with strong attention to detail and production readiness, based on creative direction and brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have passion for design, an excellent eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple projects with a high degree of responsibility. In this position, you'll dive into a multifaceted role that encompasses graphic design and multimedia content creation.
Schedule amp; Work Location
  • Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
  • Hybrid preferred: In-office at least 1 day per week preferred

Compensation
  • $30โ€“$35 per hour (commensurate with experience and skill level)

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of graphic materials for internal and external use including: presentation decks, execution guides, print and digital ads, packaging, signage, and other marketing collateral, based on strategies set by creative leadership
  • Support the Creative Team in developing + executing new creative initiatives and visual assets for the growth of the brand and its partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visuals that support organizational goals
  • Maintain brand style, voice, and quality standards across all deliverables; ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Photo/video editing, formatting and retouching
  • Print and digital asset management
  • Prepare assets correctly for print production and digital execution
  • Package and deliver assets in a timely, organized manner while balancing multiple projects and deadlines

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or 2+ years of equivalent professional work experience in graphic design or a related field
  • Strong design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, and image selection)
  • Working knowledge of print and digital technologies, processes, and production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop)
  • Working experience with Figma
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience with asset/project management tools (e.g., Dropbox, SharePoint, Asana)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
  • Open to learning new platforms and technology
