Superior Communications is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator in Baldwin Park, CA.

TheDigital Content Coordinatoris responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality digital product content across e-commerce platforms, websites, internal systems, and marketing materials. This role supports product launches and brand consistency through image optimization, photo editing, content organization, and digital asset management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing creative production with administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for...

  • Optimize, upload, and maintain digital images and content across websites, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, internal systems, and print materials, ensuring proper resolution, sizing, formatting, and export specifications
  • Follow category specific and customer specific style guides and requirements to ensure consistency in composition, lighting, framing, and product representation
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure consistency, accuracy, brand alignment, and overall visual quality using Photoshop and AI assisted tools
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries, including file naming conventions, folder structures, version control, and final asset delivery organization
  • Support e-commerce SKU content setup, including consistent product naming, descriptions, features, specifications, and product imagery
  • Monitor digital platforms for missing, outdated, or inaccurate content and help maintain content accuracy across systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize content updates, product launches, and digital asset requests
  • Assist with product photography for marketing, e-commerce, retail, and internal business use
