Job description

Company Overview We are a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering High Speed Internet and Voice Services throughout multiple states to residential, business, K-12 Education and government customers. Responsible for developing high-quality visual and multimedia content that brings the Nextlink brand and marketing strategy to life across digital, print, video, social, sales and field channels. The role combines strong design craft with speed, versatility and collaborative problem solving.

Essential Functions

  • Concept and design creative for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Produce display, paid social, email, web and other digital marketing assets.
  • Design direct mail, brochures, one-sheets, presentations, event materials, signage and sales collateral.
  • Create or edit short-form video, animation and motion graphics.
  • Apply and help evolve brand standards while ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, vendors and agency partners when needed.
  • Build reusable templates and design systems that improve marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to translate briefs and business objectives into effective creative.
  • Use AI-assisted creative tools responsibly to accelerate ideation and production.
  • Maintain organized source files, asset libraries and version control.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design, visual design or multimedia design experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, composition, concept development and brand application.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent professional design software.
  • Demonstrated experience producing both digital and print creative.
  • Strong attention to detail, file preparation and production standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and feedback cycles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
