Client Services - we are looking for candidates proficient in budget planning, risk management, project planning and forecasting, task management, people management with preferable knowledge of PM tools and familiarity with agile and other PM methodologies.

Design - we are looking for candidates with strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, strong design skills and knowledge of color theory, usability, layout, typography, design principles, UI/UX principles (HTML/CSS is a plus), skilled in designing for print, digital, web, and social media. Familiarity with 508 Compliance is preferred. 

Copywriting - we are looking for candidates with experience in sourcing, developing, editing, and managing content development, including call to action and measurable outcomes.

Web Development - we are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of coding/programming languages (C/C++, C#, Java, Javascript, Perl, PHP, Python, Swift, Go, SQL, R, Ruby, etc), experience with front-end Javascript frameworks such as Vue, Angular, React or similar, utilize agile software development practices, data and testing standards, code reviews, source code management, continuous delivery, and software architecture, basic understanding of UX practices to improve usability and interaction between the customer and the product.

Human Resources - we are looking for candidates with sound knowledge of HR principles (including, but not limited to recruitment, performance management, change management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and satisfaction, and compliance policies), experience with HRIS/ATS/Benefits/Payroll systems is preferred.

Operations - we are looking for candidates proficient in office management, budget planning, vendor management, needs assessments, and tech-savvy.

Communications Strategy - we are looking for candidates with expertise in contemporary communications strategy and experience developing and deploying of integrated marketing campaigns and PR efforts for issue awareness, cause marketing, or public health. Candidates with a demonstrable understanding of Social and Behavior Change Communications theories and/or Health Communications/Social Marketing practices are preferred. 

Digital Communications - we are looking for candidates with expertise in strategizing and deploying content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including paid media management, audience development, analytics, experience with SMMS tools (such as Sprinklr, Spreadfast, Hootsuite) and Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, and SEO tools, familiarity with activating and evaluating paid social, search, display, and YouTube advertising, implementing research, monitoring, and evaluation plans and protocols, data and insights, web analytics, social media metrics, and media monitoring insights.


 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
