The Role

The CAA Brand Consulting Sr. Account Executive will play a critical role in supporting an industry-leading alcoholic beverage company. This position is responsible for the strategy development, planning, and partnership management of marquee sports and entertainment partnerships, with a specialized focus on the Hispanic consumer market. The ideal candidate will bring a thorough understanding of the music, soccer, college sports, and baseball landscape and be adept at creating culturally relevant, high-impact strategic programs that resonate with diverse audiences. This role requires frequent interaction with the client, and strong collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and talent partners. The Sr. Account Executive will work across a wide range of initiatives—from talent partnerships to integrated marketing campaigns—ensuring seamless execution and delivering best-in-class work that aligns with brand objectives and authentically engages Hispanic communities.

Essential Functions
  • Aid in development & manage day to day execution of property-specific programs and contractual assets
  • Aid in development of integrated marketing and sponsorship activation plans, showcasing how digital, social, PR, retail and other channels come to life
  • Assist with recommendation, negotiation and management of talent deals and properties
  • Serve as day-to-day account team support while establishing strong professional relationships with key personnel across assigned accounts and properties
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met
  • Support overall strategies and planning working with internal account team, client team and external agencies
  • Maintain project trackers including timelines, ensuring team deliverables are submitted on schedule
  • Work with other team functions (e.g. Data & Analytics, Insights / trends, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are met
  • Develop and deliver compelling written and verbal communications
  • Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally
  • Track activation budgets with accountability for reporting
  • Develop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to client
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar discipline
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in sports & entertainment consulting environment, agency, property or brand
  • Best-in-class client servicing and relationship building
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to “think on one’s feet” in a fast-paced, agency environment
  • Ability to balance and progress multiple projects and project components at one time, on tight timelines
  • Must be solutions oriented and have excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to travel and attend work events outside normal business hours on an as needed basis (holidays, weekends, nights)
Preferred Skills
  • Agency experience highly preferred with event/experiential background
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) and general interest in multicultural marketing is a plus
  • Alcohol industry experience a plus
Location

This role will be located in our New York office. The Brand Consulting department offers a flexible work schedule and requires a minimum of three days per week on-site.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $71,000 - $90,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
