The Role

We are seeking a Designer to join the Brand Consulting Creative Team to focus on Brand & Design. Equal parts conceptual thinker, craftsperson, and visual storyteller, this role independently develops strategically grounded brand systems, campaigns, experiential graphics, and customer-facing creative across sports, entertainment, media, and culture.

Working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Account Directors, Project Managers, and Experiential partners, the Designer manages multiple owned workstreams, develops and presents conceptually led solutions, and delivers polished creative across digital, print, environmental, presentation, and motion touchpoints. The role also contributes to pitches, provides guidance to junior designers, and maintains rigorous brand, production, and quality-control standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently concept, develop, and execute brand identity systems, campaigns, and customer-facing creative across a portfolio of sports, entertainment, and cultural brands, ensuring every solution is strategically grounded and visually compelling.

  • Champion exceptional craft across digital, print, presentation, environmental, and experiential design, delivering world-class creative that elevates both brand and fan experiences.

  • Develop graphic identity systems and production-ready assets for live events, sponsorship activations, and environmental applications, partnering closely with Experiential teams to ensure cohesive translation across physical, digital, and motion touchpoints.

  • Partner with creative directors, account teams, and external partners to transform business objectives into integrated creative solutions.

  • Clearly communicate creative concepts and design rationale to internal leadership and clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, constructive feedback, and craft support to junior designers while contributing actively to team reviews and shared creative standards.

  • Independently manage a large initiative or multiple concurrent workstreams, allocating time effectively, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative output remains aligned with the brief, workback schedule, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years' graphic design and/or brand design experience within media, entertainment, sports, broadcasting, lifestyle, or cultural brands. Environmental and Experiential design experience, a big plus.

  • Develop multiple high-quality creative concepts and design solutions that respond to strategic briefs across a range of visual styles.

  • Strong understanding of brand identity systems, logo development, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Exceptional eye for composition, color, texture, lighting, hierarchy, and detail, with the ability to create premium, visually compelling work.

  • Advanced-to-expert proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, including high-end compositing, retouching, image finishing, and vector illustration.

  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus; proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint, or presentations and design documentation.

  • Strong conceptual mindset with experience translating ideas into compelling visual narratives, storyboards, and customer-facing experiences.

  • Confident presenter who can clearly articulate creative rationale to internal teams and clients while managing project feedback and revisions.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines and creative standards.

  • Actively contribute to brainstorms, collaborate across disciplines, mentor junior designers, and help elevate the overall quality of the creative team.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams by proactively communicating project status, solving challenges, and contributing thoughtful creative recommendations.

Preferred Skills

  • Conceptual Thinking: Ability to translate business and brand objectives into original, strategically grounded creative concepts.

  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to confidently present work, explain creative rationale, and incorporate feedback.
