This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: A highly organized, strategic, and tech-forward Creative Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across a global in-house Creative organization. This role owns the systems, workflows, and processes that enable Brand, Web, Video, Events, Social, and Product Marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative at scale.

Beyond traditional project management, this person will serve as a force multiplier for the creative organization by optimizing workflows, improving visibility, implementing automation, and championing AI-powered ways of working.

The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with curiosity about emerging technologies, has experience partnering closely with designers, writers, video producers, and marketers, and understands how to balance business priorities with creative excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Creative Operations & Workflow Management
  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end creative intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery processes.

  • Manage and optimize Monday.com workspaces, automations, dashboards, forms, dependencies, and reporting.

  • Define and evolve SLAs, governance, review cycles, and scalable operational frameworks.

  • Ensure projects move efficiently from intake through delivery while maintaining quality and realistic timelines.

  • Partner with Creative leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Resource Planning & Program Management
  • Support capacity planning, resource allocation, workload balancing, and production forecasting across multiple creative disciplines.

  • Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery timelines for high-priority initiatives.

  • Coordinate operational readiness for integrated campaigns, product launches, executive programs, and events.

  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, including onboarding and operational coordination.

AI & Automation Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline creative operations through AI and automation.

  • Build and maintain workflows using AI-enabled tools to reduce repetitive work and increase team efficiency.

  • Partner with creative teams to evaluate, pilot, and adopt new technologies that improve content production and operational scalability.

  • Help establish best practices, documentation, and governance for responsible AI usage across creative workflows.

Creative Systems & Operational Excellence
  • Own the administration and optimization of creative operations platforms, with deep expertise in Monday.com.

  • Maintain templates, automations, dashboards, documentation, asset libraries, and operational standards.

  • Drive adoption of scalable self-service systems and standardized workflows.

  • Continuously improve reporting, visibility, and operational health across the organization.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the operational bridge between Creative and cross-functional partners including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Web, Events, Content, Communications, and Leadership.

  • Lead project kickoffs, planning sessions, operational reviews, and stakeholder communications.

  • Ensure requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables remain aligned throughout production.

  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable creative workflows.

Reporting & Business Insights
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting that provide visibility into project volume, throughput, SLA performance, resource utilization, and team capacity.

  • Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements based on data.

  • Measure the impact of automation, AI adoption, and process enhancements.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Program Management, Production Management, or similar roles.

  • Experience working closely with in-house creative teams, including Brand, Design, Video, Web, or Content organizations.

  • Advanced experience with Monday.com, including workflows, automations, dashboards, forms, and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of creative production lifecycles across digital campaigns, video, web, events, and integrated marketing.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-moving environments.

  • Experience building scalable operational processes and driving continuous improvement.

  • Comfort working independently with minimal direction and navigating ambiguity.

  • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows or automations within creative or marketing organizations.

  • Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Figma, Frame.io, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, DAM platforms, and modern AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, or similar platforms).

  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B marketing organizations and integrated campaign launches.

  • Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and budget tracking.

  • Background in creative production, design operations, or agency operations.

If you are hired in California the compensation range for this position is between $118,500.00 and $144,500.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

If you are hired in Colorado the compensation range for this position is between $99,200.00 and $121,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
