  • 10+ years of experience in electric utility T&D asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of utility system reliability, grid vulnerability, and risk-reduction strategies.

  • Strong analytical, project leadership, client engagement, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred:

  • PMP certification
  • Knowledge of ISO 55000 asset-management standards
  • Knowledge of G.O. 95 and NESC requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, technical expertise, licensure, and other job-related factors.

This position is eligible for year-end bonus.

  • 401(k) with variable company match

  • Paid vacation and sick time
  • Short- and long-term disability
  • Life insurance
  • Supplemental benefits through Aflac
