JOB SUMMARY:

The Scrum Master II - Paid Channel Operation Lead provides dedicated Operational leadership to support timely, accurate, and governed execution of paid media campaigns across Display, Native, Online Video, CTV, Paid Social OLA, Radio and Linear TV.

This position will oversee creative trafficking to Spark Foundry, support platform governance, and provide cross-channel creative and messaging oversight to help ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience across all platforms. The role partners closely with internal Media teams, Spark Foundry, Data Analytics, and platform partners to reduce execution risk, improve launch accuracy, and strengthen operational accountability during and after the agency transition.

This position owns and maintains Claravine taxonomy governance, manages UDX's Innovid Dynamic Creative instance, and oversees Google Campaign Manager in partnership with Spark Foundry to ensure proper tagging, tracking, ad serving QA, and placement audit support. The role also ensures media cost and revenue tracking accuracy within platforms and coordinates timely, consistent data delivery to Spark Foundry and UDX Data Analytics to improve reporting reliability and leadership visibility.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Trafficking & Cross-Channel Delivery

  • Oversees and manages creative trafficking to Spark Foundry across Display, Native, Online Video, CTV, Paid Social , OLA, Radio and Linear TV.
  • Provides internal Operational expertise to reduce creative trafficking delays and prevent postponed offer and message launches.
  • Partners with Paid Media team and Spark Foundry to ensure campaign assets, messaging, and placements are aligned prior to launch.
  • Provides cross-channel creative and messaging oversight to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience across platforms.

Platform Governance, QA & Agency Oversight

  • Owns governance and maintenance of Claravine taxonomy to ensure consistent and accurate naming conventions across platforms.
  • Manages UDX's Innovid Dynamic Creative instance, including creative rotation documentation and coordination with Spark Foundry on creative and placement audits.
  • Oversees Google Campaign Manager in partnership with Spark Foundry to ensure proper tagging, tracking, and ad serving quality assurance.
    Reviews agency setups and QA processes to mitigate execution errors, incorrect launches, and long-term operational risk.
  • Establishes clear internal ownership for critical Ad Operations platforms and proactively audits execution standards.

Agile/Scrum Practices

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, refinements, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to drive end value.
  • Serve as the team's Scrum expert. Guide the team toward improving the way they work. Remove impediments to help the team reach an optimum, sustainable velocity.
  • Leads the team on self-organizing to fill the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Foster accountability, transparency, and regularity in status updates. Remove impediments external to the team. Ensure that the Agile tracking system is always up to date to reflect the current state of projects.
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

Media Cost Reporting & Operational Accountability

  • Ensures media cost and revenue tracking accuracy within platforms and coordinates timely, accurate data delivery to Spark Foundry and UDX Data Analytics.
  • Improves reporting consistency and leadership visibility by addressing delays and discrepancies in media cost reporting.
  • Maintains operational accountability across agency execution, platform governance, campaign QA, and reporting workflows.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or Communication.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of project management/scrum experience;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of Paid Media Operations experience or similar
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • Required: Certified Scrum Master CSM or SAFe Scrum Master SSM
  • Preferred: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner ACP
