Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agency Account Executive to join our team. This role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, attending client meetings, contributing to internal and external marketing efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of strategies and deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, and a passion for client service.

What does an account executive do?

• Client Relationship Management:
  • Attend client meetings to foster strong relationships and understand client needs.
  • Interact with clients to gather requests and take actionable tasks related to their projects.
• Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Assist in the delivery of client strategies from conception through execution.
• Marketing Contributions:
  • Contribute to Siarza's internal marketing initiatives to promote agency values and culture.
  • Participate in Siarza's external marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Expense Management:
  • Monitor budget expenditures to ensure alignment with client contracts.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Manage contractors for specific projects and tasks to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Complete assigned tasks and meet deliverables in line with client and agency expectations.
    

What are the specific responsibilities of the job?

• Creating and managing all forms of content (digital, social, public relations)
• Pulling and analyzing reports on marketing performance
• Creating, placing and managing advertising for a variety of platforms and monitoring advertising spend
• Monitoring of client accounts, looking for opportunities for growth and engagement
• Overall project management of a list of Siarza's clients
• Collaborating with creative departments
  

What experience do we like, but is not required?

• Degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Journalism (Degree preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in account management or a similar role within an agency setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Google
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
