Job description

*Please be advised the job position is located in the City of Industry, CA. This position is full-time and ON-SITE.*
We're looking for a Creative Director who can help us transform that mission into bold, engaging, and emotionally compelling creative that elevates our brand and drives connection with our audience. You'll be the visionary behind the brand's visual identity and storytelling across all platforms - from product launches and campaigns to social media, video content, packaging, and in-app experiences. You'll lead a growing team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to push creative boundaries, drive consistency, and deliver high-impact work that motivates people to move.
Job Duties:
  • Lead Creative Strategy: Translate business goals and marketing strategies into breakthrough creative concepts across brand, digital, social, retail, and experiential.
  • Inspire & Manage Teams: Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and excellence.
  • Own the Brand Voice & Look: Evolve and maintain brand standards and visual systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints - from product packaging to influencer content.
  • Campaign Development: Concept and oversee the execution of 360ยฐ campaigns for new products, seasonal promotions, and partnerships, including video, photography, OOH, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Performance Marketing, UX/UI, and Content teams to ensure alignment and cohesion between creative and customer experience.
  • Trend Leadership: Stay ahead of cultural and design trends in fitness, tech, and lifestyle, using insights to inform creative decisions and keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably with direct-to-consumer, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel creative work - particularly in video, digital, and integrated brand campaigns.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • A storyteller at heart with a strong visual eye and sharp understanding of audience psychology.
  • Deep understanding of brand-building and performance marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with at-home fitness culture and the wellness space is a major plus.
