The Role

We're looking for an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, conversion optimization, and user experience.

You'll own experiences across our website, landing pages, ecommerce flows, lifecycle email journeys, and performance marketing creative. You'll combine exceptional design craft with a deep understanding of user behavior, experimentation, and business outcomes.

Portfolio Required: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

We are especially interested in seeing examples of websites, landing pages, growth experiments, lifecycle experiences, e-commerce flows, performance creative, and measurable business impact.

What You'll Do
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and contribute to experimentation and A/B testing programs.

  • Design and optimize website experiences, landing pages, e-commerce flows, lifecycle email journeys, and paid advertising campaigns.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.

  • Lead user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final design execution.

  • Create and iterate on performance marketing creative informed by customer insights and business results.

  • Use analytics, user behavior data, and research findings to inform design decisions.

  • Present design rationale and recommendations to stakeholders across the company.

  • Support implementation and ensure a high-quality user experience from concept through launch.
