CRE Client Services & Brokerage Operations Lead

Full-Time | Onsite in Boca Raton

A leading boutique commercial real estate firm is seeking a proactive, highly organized CRE Client Services & Brokerage Operations Lead to support the continued growth of its Boca Raton-based advisory practice.

This newly created role offers significant opportunity for growth and advancement and is ideal for someone with commercial real estate brokerage operations experience who is ready to take greater ownership, help build scalable processes, and grow with the firm. We are looking for someone who understands the pace, standards, and expectations of commercial real estate brokerage and can help bring structure, polish, and operational excellence to a growing entrepreneurial firm.

The primary focus of this role is to help strengthen the firm’s client service and brokerage operations infrastructure, including marketing coordination, CRM management, listing support, workflow improvement, and client-facing execution. The ideal candidate will bring operations and/or client services experience from a commercial real estate brokerage or advisory environment, ideally with exposure to a large CRE firm or high-performing brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day brokerage operations, client service, and deal execution
  • Coordinate listing workflows, property information, marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Manage CRM data, client records, prospect lists, follow-up tracking, and broker activity
  • Assist with client communications, meeting preparation, post-meeting follow-up, and project coordination
  • Maintain organized systems, files, templates, checklists, and operational processes
  • Coordinate email campaigns, property marketing, social media support, and other business development initiatives
  • Help ensure listings, brochures, online materials, and client-facing documents are accurate, polished, and current
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, accountability, reporting, and overall operational efficiency
  • Provide select scheduling, calendar, and administrative support to the Managing Director and brokerage team as needed

Required Experience:

  • Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage operations, client services, transaction coordination, marketing coordination, or a related CRE support role
  • Background with a large commercial real estate firm or high-performing brokerage team strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRE brokerage workflows, listing coordination, client deliverables, CRM systems, and marketing materials
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Polished and professional communication skills with clients, brokers, vendors, and partners
  • Tech-comfortable and proficient with tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, email marketing platforms, and related business applications
  • Able to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment
  • Motivated by the opportunity to help build systems and grow with a firm where individual contribution is visible and valued

Why Join?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial real estate operations experience, ideally gained within a large or high-growth CRE firm, who is ready to take on broader ownership in a more entrepreneurial environment. The right person will have a direct impact on the business by elevating client service, improving internal operations, supporting brokerage execution, and helping build a scalable platform for future growth.
