Role Description The Associate Broker will support commercial real estate transactions by sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting with property valuations and financial analyses. This full-time role involves preparing marketing materials, coordinating property tours, maintaining listing information, and communicating with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders. The Associate Broker will help manage deal pipelines, track deadlines, and support negotiations under the guidance of senior brokers. This is an on-site role based in Houston, TX, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the team and local market engagement.
Qualifications
  • Experience or strong interest in commercial real estate, including market analysis, property evaluation, and transaction support.
  • Ability to conduct research, interpret financial data, and prepare clear, accurate documentation and reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
