Job description

INCENTIVES OFFERED for this position:

  • $30,000 sign-on bonus paid in full upon hire
  • $1,500/month stipend while in school - capped at $54,000
  • $1,200/ month loan repayment over 3 years - capped at $43,200
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates relocating 50+ miles to Craven, Jones, Onslow, or Carteret County.

The CarolinaEast Medical Center Anesthesia team works in a fast-paced, innovative environment providing top-tier patient care and comfort for all types of procedures. CRNAs perform anesthesia for all populations of patients and all types of procedures, including inpatient, outpatient, open heart and obstetrics. Care is provided in the main Operating Room, Electrophysiology Lab, OB, Outpatient Services, MRI suite, CT suite, Specials, Surgery Center and Endoscopy Center. 

Opportunity Summary

The CarolinaEast SRNA program offers current SRNAs attending an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia the opportunity to receive a stipend while in anesthesia school if they commit to work at CarolinaEast upon graduation and earning their CRNA certification. RN's currently enrolled as a SRNA must apply and be accepted into this program.

Minimum Qualifications to Apply

Education

BSN is required. Must be currently be enrolled in a MSN or DNP accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program 

License

Must have current RN licensure issued by the NCBON.

Certification

Must obtain CRNA certification upon graduation.
